The apartment is entered through a completely private entrance to the first floor accommodation.
There is a long, wide hall off which the rooms open.
The hall contains a bookcase with numerous books (including ones for children), maps, toys and games.

The largest bedroom has a double bed (with duvet and linen provided), large wardrobe area, and plenty of drawer space. Hair dryer. Electric convector heater.
The other bedroom has 2 twin beds (with duvets and linen provided), wardrobe, and drawer space. Electric convector heater.

Shower Room
This is equipped with WC, wash-hand basin, electric shower, pull cord heater, shaver point, floor mats and wicker laundry basket.
Kitchen
Containing the dining table and chairs/stools; there is good cupboard space, worktop area, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, and of course all the essential cookware, crockery, utensils, etc.
Please note, there is no washing machine. However there is a launderette in Portree.

Sitting Room
The sitting room is decorated to a comfortable standard, with matching 3-seater leather settee and chair, trolley, colour TV, radio/CD/cassette player, lamps and electric fire.
There are pictures and ornaments throughout the apartment.

There is a private driveway with parking for 2 cars, and front garden with garden chairs.
A shared clothes drying area can be found in the back garden.
Privacy is respected at all times.
The rental price includes all bed linen, hot water, and the first 24 hours of electricity
(thereafter guests use the coin meter which requires 50 pence coins).
