Tariff and Availability

Prices range from £175 per week in early season to £330 per week. This includes all bed linen, hot water, and the first 24 hours of electricity (thereafter guests use the coin meter which requires 50 pence coins).
Towels for overseas visitors are available on request.
1 dog welcome by arrangement (£15 per week).
No smoking.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrive any time after 4pm, but please vacate the premises before 10am on the day of departure.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is payable at the time of booking. A receipt for this payment will be sent within 7 days. The remaining balance will be payable one month before commencement of your holiday.

Cheques (in UK pounds sterling) should be made payable to Barbara Herbert.

The tenant is responsible for all breakages in or on, and damage to the property during his/her occupancy.
